1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Komix Buk. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Komix Buk ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the platform.

By accessing the platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the platform (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform or any Content for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

3. User Submissions and Creator Rights

As a creator participating on Komix Buk, you retain full ownership of your original characters, storylines, and artwork. However, by uploading content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and promote your work specifically within the Komix Buk ecosystem.

Users who are not original creators may not steal, rebrand, or redistribute any artwork found on the website. Immediate bans and legal action may enforce such violations.

4. 📢 Payment Options for Authors

Before you select a pay method, choose how you want to publish your work:

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the platform may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All payments on the platform are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, Direct Pay Online (DPO Group). We do not directly store or process your credit card or mobile money details on our servers.

All payments made through the platform are non-refundable unless legally required in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change our subscription tiers and pricing structure at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. The platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the platform without written permission.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the platform.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the platform or the networks connected to the platform.

7. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the platform at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform.
