Qualifications We Look For

Illustrators & Artists

Exceptional portfolio demonstrating unique, modern aesthetics (Cyberpunk, Surrealism, Dark Fantasy).
Mastery of digital art tools (Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Procreate, etc.).
Strong understanding of panel pacing, lighting, and visual narrative layout.

Narrative Writers

Proven experience writing compelling fiction, scripts, or sequential storytelling.
Ability to develop complex characters and unconventional plot structures.
Strong world-building skills that blend seamlessly with distinct visual styles.

Platform Engineers

Deep expertise in modern web technologies (PHP, JavaScript, SQL, CSS architectures).
Background in optimizing performance for highly interactive, media-heavy platforms.
